1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dhoondo ("Dhoondo", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Dhoondo Technologies India Private Limited. By accessing our platform, registering as a merchant/seller, or browsing local stores on Dhoondo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or create a digital storefront.

2Nature of the Dhoondo Platform

Dhoondo provides a specialized online storefront and local commerce discovery platform specifically for brick-and-mortar retail shops (such as mobile phone dealers, electronics stores, apparel boutiques, footwear shops, hardware stores, and general retail businesses).

3Seller Registration & Phone Verification

To create a digital storefront, shop owners must authenticate using a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number via OTP. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business and physical shop.
• Maintain the security of your mobile device and OTP credentials.
• Promptly notify Dhoondo if you suspect unauthorized access to your seller dashboard.

4Store Location & Map Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for accurately pinning their physical retail store location on the Dhoondo map. The coordinates and address provided allow neighborhood customers to navigate directly to your shop. Misleading, fraudulent, or non-existent physical addresses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

5Product Listings & Prohibited Conduct

Sellers may upload product titles, descriptions, pricing, and authentic photographs of items available in their store. You agree not to list:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or unlicensed merchandise.
• Hazardous materials, firearms, narcotics, tobacco, or alcohol products.
• Deceptive pricing or fake promotional offers.
• Images that violate copyright or third-party trademark rights.

6Store Subscription & Fees

Dhoondo operates on a transparent, flat subscription model:

• PRO Plans (₹129/month or ₹1,499/year): Provides complete store listing, unlimited product catalog, promotional offer badges, direct WhatsApp & call buttons, interactive map pin, and store QR code.
• Zero Commissions: Dhoondo takes 0% cut on any product sales, walk-in purchases, or phone orders.
• Payment Gateway: Subscriptions are processed securely via Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Dhoondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers, disputes regarding product quality, warranty claims, or store service interruptions.

8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
